Holiday house

Charming 1860s fully recently renovated 4 bedroom country house, with verandahs on 3 sides offering different areas for eating or just relaxing and reading; Situated on 2 acres of land, being mix of English garden, fruit trees, gums, woodland and lawns being private and tranquil but with neighbours nearby so not isolated;

Native birds, (including kookaburras) wildlife (kangaroos, koalas)in area as situated in Wombat State Forest all visit our property.

Beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, antiques but with relaxed country feel. All bedding top quality: 2 king beds (1 can be split into singles), 2 queen beds; single sofa bed; Sheets 1200 thread egyptian cotton, warm cosy doonas;
Open fireplace in living room, and also heating throughout.
Modern bathroom toilets with original deep claw bath;

Fully equipped kitchen with modern new crockery, cutlery, glassware;
Washing machine, iron and ironing board;
Flat screen TV, DVD, WI FI, Music system;
Telephone for local mobile calls

Local township only 5 minutes stroll with historic pub (longest continual operating in Victoria) and Provedore (general store providing superb food, and fully licensed cafe and restaurant), bookstore and antiquebric and brac. Devonshire teas. Local attractions: Mineral Springs, bush walks, nurseries with rare plants (Garden of St.Erth, Frogmore Gardens), spas and wineries. Tennis courts nearby.
Pet friendly, with area on verandah gated for secure area when required;
Swings and playhouseslides for children; Adult swing as well from big tree!
Ideal getaway for couples, singles, families, book groups, as plenty of areas to have your own space;
