Holiday house

Three bedroom home set in a large, private, tree studded yard. Mirambeena (means Welcome) has accommodation for 6 people in a quiet but handy location.The home has three bedrooms, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a set of trundle beds in each of the other two rooms (the trundles raise to the height of the original bed allowing you to push them together to create double beds if required).

The lounge room has a slow combustion fire (you will need your own wood that can be purchased locally), television,radio/CD player, DVD, video and dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, a bath and a heater - the toilet is separate. There is a washing machine,dryer, gas BBQ and a lock up garage. 'Mirambeena' has a paved entertaining area under a pergola and is set in a large, private, tree studded yard. Situated within a quick walking distance to restaurants, golf course, shops, cafes, beautiful mountain walks, gardens and
parks. The main shops and restaurants at Govetts Leap Road are approx m level walk.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with bedside tables, lamps, chest of draws, clock radio and TV.
Bedroom 2 - Single bed with trundle (2 single beds) and clock radio.
Bedroom 3 - Single bed with trundle (2 single beds) and clock radio.

Linen:
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas/blankets, pillows and electric blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels. LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
