Holiday house

A lovely classic mountains home built in the timber federation style, conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of Blackheath Village in the Blue Mountains. This house is in immaculate condition and fully equipped for a lovely weekend or week or more stay for those who enjoy cool evenings and wonderful clear mountain air. The house is situated in delightful gardens with verandahs overlooking the gardens and adjacent bush land. The lounge room has a large fireplace to help enjoy those cold winter nights, supplemented by a central heating system.

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Large attic bedroom with Queen brass bed, tables, lamps, clock radio and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - Ground floor front - Queen brass bed, tables, lamps, clock radio and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Ground floor rear - Double brass bed, bed-side tables, lamps and hanging space.
Bedroom 4 - Double timber bed, bed-side tables, lamps, hanging space and an en-suite.

Linen:
Linen supplied - This includes Doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s)and tea towels.

Bathroom:
Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom with double shower, vanity, hairdryer and toilet. Also includes a laundry contained in a cupboard within the bathroom.
Bathroom 2 - Downstairs En-suite: shower, vanity and toilet.

Lounge Rm:
Large lounge room with two 3 seater lounges, CD music system, TV, DVD, large open fireplace and garden views.

Kitchen:
Eight seater timber dining setting, in well-equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator,electric oven and gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all cutlery and crockery.

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron facilities and outdoor clothes line.
