Holiday house

Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom home that offers a peaceful haven which is light, warm and welcoming. The combined kitchen, dining and family room overlooks a sunny cottage garden.

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with side table, lamp, wardrobe and adjoining sunroom/study.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with side table lamp, built-ins and an ensuite.
Bedroom 3 - Two Single beds with side table, lamp and shelving unit.

Linen:
Linen supplied - This includes Doona's, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels. Each bed has an Electric Blanket

Bathroom:
Bathroom 1 - Bath, separate shower, vanity, hair dryer and toilet.
Bathroom 2 - Ensuite to Bedroom 2, shower, vanity and toilet.

Lounge Rm:
Separate lounge room with polished floor boards, rugs, five seater leather lounge suite and TV with DVD/CD/AM-FM tuner.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster,sandwich maker, fridge/freezer and ample cutlery, crockery and culinary. New Kitchen installed Nov 09.

Dining:
Dining table for 8. The dining room is combined with the family room and kitchen

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities

Heating:
Slow combustion wood fireplace in family room. Gas Heater in lounge and electric heaters in other rooms. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies).

Off street parking for 2 cars

Outdoor:
Covered patio with BBQ and a six seater outdoor setting overlooking a cottage garden.

Extras:
The family room is light, spacious and has a three seater lounge, two wingback chairs, books, games and a slow combustion wood fireplace which looks out over the cottage garden.
