Holiday house

Located in a quiet, treed cul de sac adjacent to the Blackburn creeklands and near Blackburn Lake.
Blackburn is approx. 13 km east of the CBD.

This architect-designed house has polished floors, a huge lounge-room, separate TV room, modern kitchen, four bedrooms, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom, second bathroom with spa bath and a separate laundry with washer, dryer and sink.
Undercover, off-street parking is provided next to the house.
Gas central heating is ducted to all rooms.

3 min. walk to a major shopping centre, cinemas and public transport links.
Set in a peaceful, no-through road, the house has north-facing views of parkland and garden areas. The house is well located for walking or cycling in local parkland. On the other hand, Its close proximity to public transport, shopping and cinemas makes the house the best of both worlds.

Suits either executive or family but, sorry, no pets are permitted

This large, spacious has generous accommodation for up to 6 guests and is a private and quiet place to stay yet only a short walk from a large shopping precinct.
