Boutique hotel, Bed & Breakfast, Guest house

The Guesthouse is very large and private, with bar, open fire, dining room, games room, theatre, two guest lounges, library, heated spa, tennis courts and rambling gardens.

Walking distance to main street - restaurant, cafes, hotel and shops.
Forest drive to Lorne(Great Ocean Rd)and The Otway Ranges.

Ideal for groups with tours available. We are completely wheelchair-friendly.

Locality

Birregurra is a small town with charming shops to browse in, great eateries, golf course and an interesting heritage walk, close to the Great Ocean Rd near Lorne. Award winning Sunnybrae Restaurant & cooking school 5 min away.

The Otway Ranges are a forest drive away. Many people base themselves at our guesthouse enjoying the coast for the day, returning to the peace and quiet in the evening.

The New Otway Fly is another popular attraction.

Property

The property has been extensively restored, still retaining the charm of a near 100 year old building with many collectables. We even have our own theatre restored from the old Colac Cinemas. We cater for disabled and we are wheelchair-friendly: hand-held showers, rails, low basins and high toilets.

The Guest House is very large... creating that feeling you are the only people there.
