This gorgeous federation cottage oozes character and warmth. Two very large bedrooms, can sleep 5 or more. Beautiful jarrah and well equipped kitchen boasting a fabulous solid jarrah bench/table. Large fresh bathroom with bath and shower. Wide front verandah where you can enjoy the afternoon sea breezes whilst relaxing with a glass of something cold and refreshing! The lounge area opens out onto a cute back deck complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a lovely leafy garden where kids can play or just sit and relax. Situated 5 km upriver from Fremantle, yet only a short drive to Perth City, a roll down the hill to the Swan River, a 5 minute drive to the beach, 2 minute drive to golf course, close to shops, cycle paths and public transport this is an ideal house for a family or couple on holiday, or indeed for an executive who likes to get away from the hustle bustle of the City.
