The home is situated 2 hours drive from Sydney's North Shore and only few minutes from the historic town of Berry. The house is surrounded by landscaped gardens and wide verandas. On occasion it is visited by local wombats, rabbits and a huge array of birdlife. You can enjoy taking in the sounds and colours of the native birds whilst spending a relaxing afternoon in the hammock on the balcony.
Featuring rolling hills and magnificent stands of Eucalypt and Turpentine trees. The view from the balcony takes in the beautiful escarpment, neighbouring pasture, bush land and dam.
If you can leave the relaxing surrounds of ‘Turpentines’ there are plenty of attractions nearby. The town of Berry is a 5 minute drive offering antique shops, Restaurants, cafes and bars. Driving 30 – 40 minutes will bring you in reach of the white sands of Jervis Bay, 3 golf courses, breathtaking scenery from the escarpment and many walks in the native forests that surround the property.

What a very special beautiful home you have ( I'm sure you already know that). We had such a wonderful weekend at Turpentines, the five of us wanted you to know.
The views from upstairs, the verandahs, everywhere were breathtaking. We also loved the Christmas greeting above the kitchen sink, the flowers, all the personal touches.
We shopped all day, went to the markets on Sunday, ate out and relaxed on the verandah with a few drinks and snacks in the evening.
