Holiday house

South House is a beautiful modern style holiday home very privately situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Yet only a 10minute drive from Berry or fifteen minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The house is on 5 acres of grassland with plenty of space for a game of cricket, or to have a swing under the tree, a jump on the trampoline or to relax in the hammocks on the deck. The house has a beautiful living space with a cathedral ceiling, French doors, wood-burning stone fireplace, wraparound verandahs with Adirondack chairs, a huge deck for outdoor dining and magnificent views.

The kitchen has a big granite island bench, a large pantry and is fully equipped with modern oven and gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plungers, hand mixer, sandwich maker, milkshake maker, electric frypan, plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a gas bbq on the deck.

The living room is the perfect place to relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine and a good book from the well stocked bookshelf or watch a movie on the digital flat-screen TV from the large selection of DVDs available. Gather around the dining table which comfortably seats 8 and enjoy one of the many board games available and bring your Ipod for the Bose dock.

There are 3 bedrooms. The beautiful main bedroom has an ensuite and French doors leading onto the verandah with magnificent views to awaken to. There is a king bed with electric blanket, bedside lamps and reading chair. The ensuite has heated floors, bath and a huge shower.

The guest room has 2 king single beds with electric blankets, doonas and reading lamps. The 3rd room has 2 sets of king single bunks (sleeps 4 very comfortably) with electric blankets, individual reading lamps, flatscreen TV, DVD and bean bags.

There is a large bathroom with heated floors and a huge shower. There is also a family size washing machine and dryer as well as an outdoor clothes line. All linen and bath towels are provided.
