Peace, privacy, tranquility are offered at this gorgeous holiday house less than 2 hours drive south of Sydney. Just 1.5km from the historic town of Berry situated on 5 secluded acres of emerald green parkland with a private deep water frontage on majestic Broughton Creek.

From the gentle lush beauty of the surrounding dairy country to the breathtaking mountain views, every aspect from the house presents picture postcard perfection. The house with a full wrap around verandah, consists of three double rooms with ensuites (king, split king & queen beds).All bed linen & towels supplied. Inside there is a large open plan living room which provides comfort & convenience with reverse cycle heating & air-conditioning plus a cosy log fire for extra winter warmth & ambience.

We have SkyTV with PLASMA TV/DVD/CD/iPOD DOCKS,FREE WIFI telephone plus microwave & dishwasher in the kitchen. The property features an in-ground pool, full size tennis court & barbeque area by the river and another in the pergola next to the pool. There is ample space for outdoor games. For the golf enthusiast we have a putting green with a manicured fairway, pitching distances & markers up to 140 metres.

We supply two 2 person canoes & 2 lifejackets to give you accessibility to the river, there is also a small jetty if you wish to bring your own boat (there is an 8 knot speed limit on the river, so only good for gentle cruising).

Dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
They will love the freedom of 5 acres of mown grass.

Berry is recognised as one of the most attractive small towns on the south coast. The town of trees also offers some of the best shopping on the coast along with great coffee shops and restaurants. The surrounding area is close to the beach and the mountains, take your choice.

Property

We are unable to offer the property for weddings or any other functions, we take a maximum of 6 people.

WE HAVE A MINUMUM OF 2 NIGHTS AND A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION BOOKING.
Bookings being taken till December 2012 only

This property requires 2 or 3 days between tenants for maintenance.
