Cottage

Ocean View Cottage is an architect designed accommodation and comprises of a large open plan lounge with wood burner, dining area and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The property is not suitable for small children.

Also downstairs is a modern wet room consisting of a shower, wc, sink, and vanity unit. Upstairs are two well proportioned bedrooms with polished wooden floors. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Also in this room is a T.V and DVD Player.

Outside is a large private deck providing 180 degree views from Berry and Coolangatta Mountain across Jervis Bay and down to Pidgeon House Mountain............ Breathtaking!!

Ocean View Cottage is situated close to Berry's shops, restaurants and wineries, and within easy reach of Seven Mile Beach, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Fitzroy Falls, Minamurra Rainforest and even the Southern Highlands there is always plenty to do.. or.. you can simply relax on your private deck set in 4 acres of owners gardens and rainforest.

Those looking for more energetic activity can spend their days at the beach - either at the breathtaking Seven Mile Beach or the famous white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, with canoeing on nearby rivers, horse riding or bushwalking in surrounding national parks!

Dear Julie, We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful weekend at Ocean View Cottage. The Cottage and views exceeded our expectations. Next stay I can pack half as much! I'm used to having to bring all sort of stuff for the kitchen and we were thrilled to see the qualty and variety of the inclusions in the kitchen and bathroom. The peace and tranquility was just what we needed.

In the cottage you will find complimentary tea, coffee, herbal teas, milk, orange juice, hot chocolate, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and various spices are provided. Linen will be provided for the confirmed number of paid guests staying.

In the bathroom you will find, soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and a hair dryer.

Then after a hard day relaxing, enjoy the changing view from the cottage as daylight comes to an end and the dark skies of night time arrive which becomes highlighted by the twinkling lights of the towns below.
