Ocean View Cottage is an architect designed accommodation and comprises of a large open plan lounge with wood burner, dining area and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The entire ground floor has a ceramic flooring.

Also downstairs is a modern wet room consisting of a shower, wc, sink, baby bath and vanity unit. There is also a high chair available.

Upstairs are two well proportioned bedrooms with polished wooden floors. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. Also in this room is a T.V and DVD Player.

Outside is a large private deck providing 180 degree views from Berry and Coolangatta Mountain across Jervis Bay and down to Pidgeon House Mountain............ Breathtaking!!

Ocean View Cottage is situated close to Berry's shops, restaurants and wineries, and within easy reach of Seven Mile Beach, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Fitzroy Falls, Minamurra Rainforest and even the Southern Highlands there is always plenty to do.. or.. you can simply relax on your private deck set in 4 acres of gardens and rainforest.

Those looking for more energetic activity can spend their days at the beach - either at the breathtaking Seven Mile Beach or the famous white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, with canoeing on nearby rivers, horse riding or bushwalking in surrounding national parks!

For the smaller guests, we have complimentary baby bubble bath, baby shampoo and talculm powder (a baby bath is stored in the cottage).

Then after a hard day relaxing, enjoy the changing view from the cottage as daylight comes to an end and the dark skies of night time arrive which becomes highlighted by the twinkling lights of the towns below.

This property sleeps up to 5 adults in two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds.

In the winter an electric blanket is provided for the queen size bed as well as extra blankets stored in a blanket box.
