Jasmine Cottage is situated within walking distance of the village of Berry. It has been purpose built to provide luxury accommodation for couples seeking privacy without isolation. The cottage adjoins a family home, but is completely seperate, on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens which we encourage you to wander through. You have your own private garden with Adirondack chairs and cushions and picnic rug to laze away the afternoon and listen to the creek gurgling away which surrounds our property.
The cottage has a living room with DVD (dvd's are provided) and sound system (bring cd's), an open fire, kitchen with fridge and sink area, a b.b.q. is situated outdoors on the verandah. Bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet.Upstairs is the bedroom which is air conditioned and includes an exotic claws foot bath
We provide all your breakfast provisions for your entire stay with us and this includes, milk, juice, yoghurts, eggs, butter, cereals,bread, muffins, jams, pastries from the famous Berry Sourdough Bakery, a large selction of teas and freshly ground coffee.
Long weekends & Public holidays are a minimum 3 night stay, please contact owner for rates during these times
How good is this? Everything we love in decor, ambiance and workmanship - congratulations, wish we had more time to stay, you should know that you've spoiled us for the rest of the trip - this will be hard to beat.

LocalityJasmine Cottage is right at the foot of Berry Mountain, the perfect enviroment to lose yourself in nature, go for a walk down a country lane or a bushwalk up to the enchanting Drawing Room Rocks.
The Berry markets are held on the first Sunday of each month and we are only a short stroll into town.
Seven Mile beach is just a 10 minute drive away, and we can tell you where you can go and not see another soul for miles. Jasmine Cottage sleeps 2 people in a queen sized bed with a romantic claws foot bath in a loft style cottage.
All linen is supplied which includes towels for bath upstairs as well as extra towels in the bathroom downstairs.
There are electric blankets on the bed for winter and the loft is air conditioned for your comfort in summer.
There are plenty of extra throw rugs and cushions throughout the cottage for use on the daybed outside on the veranda or for on the grass whilst taking a nap.
