Cottage

Tucked away at the end of a private lane, yet only a short stroll to the main shopping strip, Berry Orchard is perfect for a country break.

The Cottage is fully self-contained, with the queen bed on the mezzanine floor overlooking raked ceilings, exquisite stained glass window, and, from the bed you can see the beautiful escarpment. There is a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with claw-foot bath and separate shower, and a dressing room downstairs.

Locality

Berry is located at the northern tip of the beautiful Shoalhaven, tourist playground on the south coast of New South Wales. From Sydney airport, Berry is less than 2 hours by car, and less than 3 hours by train.

There are many activities in the surrounding areas, including horseriding, canoeing, bush walking, beach activities on beautiful Seven Mile Beach, shopping, wineries, rainforests, national parks, Nowra Wildlife Park, Jervis Bay, and Kangaroo Valley.

Property

The property also includes Berry Orchard Studio, located at the back of The Cottage. Separated by a 10 metre courtyard, The Studio sleeps 2 and can be booked under a separate listing. Also included is Berry Orchard Retreat, located 2 doors down, and sleeps 2 in a queen bed.
