The Retreat is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Enjoy uninterrupted views of Berry's magnificent escarpment from the queen size bed, the breakfast table or the cane chairs on the verandah.
The kitchenette has a microwave oven, fridge, hot plates, toaster, kettle, saucepans and an oversized fry pan, There's a coffee percolator, and plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and glasses. Outside the sitting room, your own private verandah looks north to Barren Grounds escarpment - the ideal place to relax at the end of the day and watch the late afternoon sun reflect off the huge cliffs.
The bath is deep and roomy; the shower is oversize and fluffy bath towels are provided.

October 10 We've picked the right place to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. Good location - close to town but quiet and peaceful. We like the privacy of having our own 'quarters' complete with the breakfast room. Thank you for a lovely stay and your hospitality.

April 09 While writing this message, my hubbie and I are enjoying our pancakes for breakfast. Thank you for supplying my favourite food on earth! In all our travels this haven is the most homely, relaxing, neat retreat we have stayed.

Locality

Berry is located at the northern tip of the beautiful Shoalhaven, tourist playground on the south coast of New South Wales. From Sydney airport, Berry is less than 2 hours by car, and less than 3 hours by train.

Interesting and diverse activities, all within an easy walk or drive, include horseriding, canoeing, bush walking, wine tasting, beach activities on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach, shopping, history, rainforest walks, national parks, Nowra Wildlife Park, Jervis Bay, and Kangaroo Valley.

The property is located just 3 blocks from the main shopping strip, and faces north with uninterrupted views of the local dairy farm and the beautiful escarpment.
