Beach Road Bed and Breakfast is set on 5 private acres of trees and flowers. If you enjoy pampering, restful comfortable accommodation with beautiful rural views at sensible prices, then this is the place for you.
Our accommodation consists of two bedrooms with queen size beds although twin beds can be substituted for one room if necessary. Both have electric blankets, guest robes, bar fridge and tea and coffee making equipment.
The two bedrooms share facilities, so the second room is let only to families or friends travelling together, but the bathroom is large with separate areas for vanity, bath/ shower and toilet.
Hairdryer and iron also available.
There is a large, private sitting room for guests, tastefully and comfortably furnished with TV and stereo, opening out on a vine covered terrace. There is also reverse cycle airconditioning throughout and a swimming pool, both essential in the warmer months.
Healthy and hearty breakfasts are included.
LocalityBerry is renowned for its festivals, character pubs, excellent restaurants, cafes, antique shops and the Berry Country Fair held on the first Sunday of each month. Wineries of the district include some prolific award winners and all welcome visitors with Vineyard tours and tastings.
Seven Mile Beach is only a 3 minute drive away with its pristine unspoilt beach for swimming and surfing. The beachside towns of Gerroa and Gerringong are close by, and just a 20 minute drive south of Nowra is the magnificent Jervis Bay Marine National Park where dolphin and whale watching charters can be organised. A short drive through spectacular mountain scenery takes you to Kangaroo Valley village with its village shopping, historic buildings and great restaurants. There are lakes, rivers and estuaries for cruising, canoeing and fishing located nearby, and there are National parks and old growth forests for bushwalking and discovering the unique flora and fauna. A visit to Arthur Boyd's 'Bundanon' is a must, and for golfing enthusiasts there is always a golf course nearby.
