Riverfront Motel & Villas has the major advantage of being within a 10 minute radius of Hobart's top attractions: the City Centre (10 km), Battery Point, Salamanca Place, Wrest Point Casino and within a few minutes drive from Moorilla Winery, Cadbury Chocolate Factory and the Derwent Entertainment Centre.

Riverfront Motel & Villas consists of various styles of accommodation inculding various motel rooms, self contained villas and large houses. All situated on the banks of the Derwent River with Mt Wellington as a backdrop. Riverfront Motel & Villas has 65 motel rooms in total.

Spoil yourself at our superb Restaurant & Bar open 7 days for breakfast, lunch & dinner, and room service is available to the motel rooms.

Leisure activities include half court tennis, a swim in our outdoor pool, children's playground, a stroll along the banks of the Derwent, or a little fishing - they really do bite!

Locality

If travelling North from Hobart City proceed through two sets of traffic lights at showgrounds and racecourse continue on for 2klms keeping in left hand lane, we have a large sign on freeway exiting you left, then right. Proceed through via duct turning right and 400 metres to our entrance.

Travelling South towards Hobart you will notice William Adams Caterpillar Tractors, keep in left hand lane and follow our signage - Riverfront Motel & Villas.
