This 2 bedroom home with open plan kitchen, dining and living, is only a short walk round the corner to Berrara Beach and beautiful Berrara Lagoon - (see Photos). The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a double bunk set. The bathroom is all brand new with ample space for the washing machine and laundry tub. Take a 5km drive north to Swan Lake were it's 'water and jet ski paradise' ! Out back there is an undercover b.b.q. area, a great place to relax after a big day at the beach.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME! NO PETS ALLOWED NO GARAGE ACCESS On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness.
