Holiday house

Tidal lagoon directly in front of holiday estate,just a very short stroll to pristine Berrara Beach.
Chalet has seperate bedrooms,lounge area, dining,kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

5 minute drive to Sussex Inlet for Clubs,Tavern, modern supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The Lions Club hold a markets on the 2nd Saturday of the month next to the cinema.

Locality

Berrara is located between Nowra,1/2 hr north,and Ulladulla 1/2 hr south.Attractions of the area include Lake Conjola National Park,Jervis Bay with its world famous white sand beaches,St Georges Basin - excellent still water fishing,Ulladulla with its well known fishing fleet and harbour (don't miss market day on the harbourside, plenty of bargains), Milton with its many craft and antique stores.Berry, 15 min.north of Nowra is very similar to Milton.

Experience the crystal clear
waters of Swan Lake and the endless stretches of beaches surrounding Berrara.Bring your boat or canoe as boat ramps and calm clear waters are near by.Dolphin watching, fishing, surfing,bushwalking, bike riding or just laze under the shady trees beside the lagoon at front of the property.
30 minutes south of Nowra, 30 minutes north of Ulladulla. Turn at Sussex Inlet exit, follow for 10 klms. Turn right at Cudmirrah/Swan Lake exit, The Springs Road. Follow to the end of road, right into Pope Avenue, then left into Berrara Road. Chalet Chic 200mts on right. Chalet Chic is the first building on the right as you enter site.
