Holiday house, Chalet

2 storey 2 bedroom chalet with spa bath and wrap around deck. Located in a small waterfront complex adjoining Berrara Lagoon in a bush setting. Only a short walk to the beach and rock pool or a short paddle to the beach if you have a canoe or boat.

Chalet equipped with TV, 2 DVD players, video, 4 plate stove and oven, refridgerator, full size dining table, lounges to sit 6, outdoor table and chairs for 6, market umbrella, small electric BBQ, slow combustion wood burning fire place, spa bath, fully equiped,bedding is provided but linen is not so you need to bring your own linen. Water comes within 3m of chalet when lagoon is closed to the sea which is more often than not.

Sleeps up to 6 in bedrooms with masterbedroom containing a dounble bed. Second bedroom contains a double bunk being a double bed at the base and a single bed on top. A trundle is located under the bed to the master bedroom. The Chalet has a double sofa bed to ground floor which can be made available upon request for a small additional charge.

Locality

Cudmirrah National Park is located opposite the Lagoon and behind Berrara Beach. You can bush walk within the Park and along the beaches for kilometers unobstructed by development.

Swan Lake is located less than 2 kilometres away which is ideal for water skiing. Berrara lagoon is 2 kilometres long and ideal for canoeing and swimming. The lagoon connects to Berrara Beach.

All facilities are available in near by Sussex Inlet with a Cinema, Supermarket, Pizza shop, Fish and Chip shops, cafe,Large dining R.S.L.with Chineese restaurant and Bistro, Bowling Club with bistro, Sail Fish Club, Icecreamery, novelty shops,Ocean & Earth Factory Outlet etc.
