Beach Towels is a short 5 minute walk to Berrara Lagoon and Beach where the protected beach is great for the kids to learn to surf. The lagoon is the perfect swimming hole for toddlers. Further down the beach are some great beach breaks for surfing, down the far end is the famed Mermaid Pool a lovely swimming hole in the rocks.

Privacy and seclusion metres from one of the south coasts most popular beaches. Beach Towels has just been made over as the ideal beach house with all brand new furniture and appliances. Designed around outdoor living the entertainment areas are covered in case of rain and brilliant sunshine. A great backyard for the kids to play in, a lovely secret garden at the front to relax amongst. Listen to the birds in the trees and watch the kangaroos from the front balcony.
A lock up garage with laundry (washing machine, dryer and tub) is available for boats, bikes and boards and off street parking for 3 cars. Full kitchen facilities and huge barbecue area with picnic table and "ladies lounge", an separate outdoor dining table and an indoor dining table. Brand new leather lounge to watch TV or DVD's or chill out to the CDRadio with iPod connection.
Two bathrooms, two toilets, two showers, one bath.
Beach Towels is dog friendly (subject to approval) so bring your best friend on holidays with you. Outdoor dogs only. Dog bed provided on back balcony. Sorry no cats due to the abundance of birds in the trees around the house.

Further afield a 5 minute drive to Swan Lake for sailing and skiing and the Cudmirrah General Store and Caf for a great breakfast or lunch looking over the lake.
A 10 minute drive away is Sussex Inlet with all the shops, services and facilities for those essential items. The inlet has some great fishing so bring your boat or hire one and enjoy a day out fishing and floating

Beach Towels is set up for the young family with up to 4 children and optional puppy, or the couple looking for an idyllic escape. The back yard is a great area for the kids to play in with a castle of a cub
