Holiday house

Privacy and seclusion metres from one of the south coasts most popular beaches. Beach Towels has just been made over as the ideal beach house with all brand new furniture and appliances. Designed around outdoor living the entertainment areas are covered in case of rain and brilliant sunshine. A great backyard for the kids to play in, a lovely secret garden at the front to relax amongst. Listen to the birds in the trees and watch the kangaroos from the front balcony.
A lock up garage with laundry (washing machine, dryer and tub) is available for boats, bikes and boards and off street parking for 3 cars. Full kitchen facilities and huge barbecue area with picnic table and "ladies lounge", an separate outdoor dining table and an indoor dining table. Brand new leather lounge to watch TV or DVD's or chill out to the CD/Radio with iPod connection.
Two bathrooms, two toilets, two showers, one bath.
Beach Towels is dog friendly (subject to approval) so bring your best friend on holidays with you. Outdoor dogs only. Dog bed provided on back balcony. Sorry no cats due to the abundance of birds in the trees around the house.

I also wanted to say thankyou - as a family we had a most wonderful relaxing time, the dogs thought it was great morning and afternoons walks/swims.
The location of the house was ideal short walk to beaches/creek.
Your house was very impressive - it has such a welcoming feeling as you walk in and everything was sparkling and clean, we really didn't want to leave, we are thinking of coming back in the not to distant future, and we have told our friends what a wonderful place it is. Peta 2009

Locality

Berrara is near Sussex Inlet which is the nearest township and all supplies can be bought from the supermarkets, butcher, chemist, newsagent, liquor shop and other specialist stores. There is one National Bank and the Post Office serves as a Commonwealth Bank. EFTPOS machines are in the IGA supermarket and the Sussex RSL club and Sussex Inlet Hotel. Other clubs include the Sailfish Club and the Bowling Club. Don’t forget a visit to the local cinema and a shopping highlight is the Ocean & Earth factory shop.
A new shop has just opened nearby at Cudmirrah and has a great cafe and takeaway overlooking Swan lake.
Both the Sussex RSL and the Bowling Club run courtesy buses so call them to arrange pickups. There is a daily bus to Nowra to connect to the Sydney train, timetables available on Cityrail and Sussex Buses.
Other activities include surfing schools and bike riding some great bush trails.

Property

As Beach Towels is a few kilometres to the local cafe and shop and 7kms from the nearest shopping centre you will need to bring all your own provisions. The local supermarket closes at 7pm each night so if you arrive after that then you will need the basic essentials.
Linen may be hired but is always best to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Don’t forget surfboards, bodyboards, fishing gear, flippers and snorkels, bikes, balls and everything you need to have a great holiday. All of these can be locked up in the garage safely.
