Holiday house

Fantastic ocean and coastal views from this huge 2 storey 4 bedroom timber house.
With 2 separate living areas this property is perfect for the large family or 2 families holidaying together.
Across the road from Beares Beach and a short walk to the Blue Pool (natural rock ocean pool) and shops and restaurants in town. Spacious balconies with views south along the beach and coastline and west across the township of Bermagui and its golf course to Gulaga and the mountains.
Table tennis table to entertain adults and kids. Private leafy courtyard and fenced yard. Spa bath in main bathroom.
Extra toilet and shower in laundry. Internal and external stairs. Fireplace.
SLEEPS 12 - Upstairs has queen beds in 2 rooms. Downstairs has 1 queen bed in one room, 2 single beds in second room, plus 2 single beds and sofa bed in downstairsliving room.
Guests will need to bring their own linen: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Off street boat parking. Pets permitted strictly outside only. No smoking.
