Holiday house

This spacious holiday house also provides a fully equipped laundry, two bathrooms ( 1 with toilet ), powder room and separate toilet. The home also boasts an open plan kitchen, family and dining room, separate lounge with TV, DVD and CD player and an adjoining office. Upstairs, the childrens games room is also fitted with a TV DVD player. Combined with this is the large gas BBQ with outdoor dining settings, picturesque gardens, sand and surf shower coupled with a sink for rinsing fishing gear, bait fridge and fish freezer. Verandahs on both levels provide degree views that include the harbour and township of Bermagui. This acre property has plenty of off street car and boat parking in a fully fenced and secure yard. No access is available to the garage. Pets will be considered, OUTSIDE ONLY. No smoking indoors. Linen not provided. SLEEPS 11, Comprising 5 Bedrooms. Downstairs: Bedroom 1 Queen bed. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 - Queen bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 Double 1 single bed. Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds 1 king single bed. Bedroom 5 - 1 King single bed. Security deposit of $ applies to all bookings.
