Holiday house

This comfortable 4 bedroom home is located in a quiet part of town and is walking distance to shops. Stunning views from upstairs of the ocean and Mt Gulaga (Dromedary). It is perfect for a large family or two families holidaying together. Interior has had tasteful renovation. Electric heating. There is a private fenced yard backing onto the golf course for children to play. Off-street boat parking. SLEEPS 11 - Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each as well as kitchen, lounge room, separate dining area, 1 bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet. Downstairs has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in one bedroom, 2 sets of bunks in 2nd bedroom, separate toilet and shower, laundry. Pet friendly. Not suitable for fishing groups. Smoking not permitted. No access available to garage.
