Holiday house

Relaxing Holiday House which has modern, simple and very child friendly furnishings (No antiques that make parents nervous!!).

The House has 3 large bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan. There is an open plan kitchen and living area, with reversed cycled air-conditioning. The kitchen has a gas top stove and oven, microwave, spacious fridge/freezer, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster. Nolan House has 1 bathroom with a full sized bath and separate shower. Also available is a laundry with a fully automatic washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Two Australian standard Portacots with linen and 2 high chairs are avaliable on request. Also on request is a Baby/toddler backpack to make it easier to walk everywhere.

Linen and towels are freshly changed before your stay. If you are staying for longer than 1 week, they can also be changed mid-stay on request.

Nolan House totally caters for young children with a range puzzles, books, toys, games and DVD's available.

Adults have not been forgotten,there are a large collection of novels, board games, magazines and a few DVD's.

Nolan House is in an ideal central location for just about everything in Bendigo. It is 50m from Lake Weeroona which is one of Bendigo's premier locations. There is a kids playground, a sealed 2km walking path around it,a cafe overlooking the lake and a pick up spot for the tourist tram into CBD.

Nolan House is walking distance 5 mins to:-

* CBD, Bendigo Tennis Complex, various restaurants/pubs/takeway shops.
* It is in the heart of the Australia Day, Madison, and Easter celebrations.

Nolan House is a 2-10 minute drive to:-
* Art Gallery, Capital Theatre, Madison Cycling Event, Bendigo Swap Meet, Railway Station, Discovery Centre, Central Deborah Gold Mine, Aquatic Centre, Golden Dragon Musuem, Queen Elizabeth Oval, Schweppes Basketball Centre, Pottery, Hospital and Radiotherapy Centre.

Locality

Bendigo is located in the very centre of Victoria. It is only 90 minutes from MELBOURNE.

BENDIGO can be easily be used as a base for many days trips:-

CASTLEMAINE- relaxed place with a sophisticated feel. It has a gold rush heritage, art galleries, many vibrant cafes and historic homes.

HEATHCOTE- wine district.

MALDON- Quaint old goldmining town. Historic steam train links Maldon and Castlemaine.

ECHUCA- On the Murray. Known as the paddlesteamer capital of Australia.

ELMORE- The famous Elmore Field Days. Has a wonderful miniature railway ride for the young and the young at heart.
