"Our entire stay was "absolutely fabulous" from being met by our wonderful host Allan on arrival, to the time we left 3 days later. There was homemade banana cake, provisions in the fridge and cupboards, and the bedrooms were very well appointed and presented, including electric blankets which we really needed one cold night of our stay.The cottage was well beyond our wildest expectations, and we will definately be back. "Our complete satisfaction with hyacinthhouse. We have a just completed a 5 day break there and it was just fantastic. The abundant supplies provided for breakfast would have to suit even the hardest to please guest, and the little extras like fruit, banana muffins, chocs etc were so thoughtful. We found the cottage spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. There was always something else to look at. A huge supply of magazines, books, music, dvd's all helped to make our stay so pleasurable. The cottage is within walking distance of the CBD, and yet it was so quiet. Host Allan greeted us and explained everything to us, so there were no hiccups working out appliances (which were all first class). You must be very proud of being able to list such properties. We will definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending the cottage to anyone."
