Newly renovated. with Air Cond ,BBQ, back deck, shady back yard, off street parking . Separate lounge, main bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet has queen size bed, lounge converts to 2 king singles or a double. Linnen not supplied. Many fun & relaxing activities are within a short walking distance. Beaches and the lake are within 100m of your front door where you can throw in a line. There are many great fishing spots around the lakes edge or you can hire a boat & head for deep water (or bring your own). Minutes to Belmont Golf Club, Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Gunyah Hotel, 16 Footers Sailing Club, Restaurants & shops. 40 mins from Hunter Valley Wineries and buses past your door for wine tours, concerts in the Vineyards and to Newcastle City.
