Stroll down the streets with historic buildings to the calm waters of Kangaroo Bay and enjoy a sumptious meal and chat with the local yachties at the Bellerive Yacht Club -any guests of Chris and Keryn's is welcome there! Explore the nearby fort where massive cannons once protected Hobart's trading vessels.
Catch the water taxi to the Hobart CBD or Saturday's Salamanca Market. Take a 10 minute drive to an oyster-tasting or lunch at Barilla Bay Restaruant or a detour to wonderful Coal River Valley wineries and restaruants. Or stretch out at Bluff Lodge in front of a fire in the guests lounge, with a glass of port.
