Enjoy time on your own, explore the coastline with the family or take the family dog for long walks. Excellent location 2 doors from the bay in the middle of The Bellarine wine country.
A home away from home/beach house for you to relax and use as a base for your hoiliday activities. The kitchen is huge and supports family meals with its own prep bench, dining table, pantry, wall oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and full sized fridge. All crockery etc is supplied.
The lounge is long with a new 2 seater couch and 3 seater sofa with TV & DVD. Bring your game console. At the other end of the room is the formal dining table on a beautiful rug.
The 3 bedrooms are all carpeted and have their own built in robes.
The bathroom has shower, large vanity and children's bath. The toilet is adjacent with the laundry with washing machine is next to that.
We have provided an electric BBQ.
The shed has a table tennis table for the kids to look after!
There are ceiling fans in the lounge, formal dining and master bedroom. The location by the water means that the temperature is usually cooler in summer than further up the hill. There is almost always a bay breeze. We have had guests stay through the hottest days this summer with the fans being sufficient.
