Holiday house

"Pelicans rest" is the closest holiday house to the harbour.It is a renovated period house in the Historic harbour precinct of Queenscliff. It has 4 spacious bedrooms.Note:Sheets and towels are not provided. The layout is ;1 x queen bed, 1 x Queen bed, 1 x 2 singles and 1 x 2 singles. The house has an enclosed back and front garden with views of the water.It has a large kitchen and is fully equipped.Parking is available in the secure back garden. The harbour and Swan Bay can be seen from the gardens as they are only 20 metres away. This house is ideal for water activities-especially fishing.The ferry (to Sorrento),beaches and shops are a short stroll(4 minutes) as is everything on offer at Queenscliff.Bookings from Friday to Friday over summer school holidays.

"This is our second holiday at Pelican's Rest. We've found it a great place with excellent facilities, comfortable bedding and very good quality fittings. It is also in a fantastic location, especially if you have kids or enjoy fishing. Being able to have our 4 legged friend with us is an added bonus. We'll be staying there again."

Locality

You do not need to use the car once you arrive at "Pelicans rest" as everything is a short stroll including the ferry to Sorrento/Portsea and the historic harbour.The harbour is only a few metres away-stroll there with coffee in hand!You can stroll through the park to the shops or along the street to the beach(4 minutes).There is a nature trail and bike path from the back gate-great for the children. Watch the bay change from the Kitchen ,verandahs and gardens!

Large self -contained,spacious house suitable for large groups of up to 8 people.Closest holiday house to the Harbour.Watch the boats from the kitchen window.Large family room and a seperate large kitchen is ideal for harmonious seperate activities.4 large bedrooms.Polished floors,Quality decor,high ceilings and comfortable furniture for large groups. Two gardens with front verandah with sun-lounge and back garden with BBQ and outdoor setting.Short stroll(4 minutes) through the park to the shops, beaches and ferry.Secure parking in the Back garden.It is quiet despite proximity to water lapping !
