GINNINDERRY PET POLICY
Tariff - $40/pet/night

To ensure the continuation of acceptance of four-legged friends at Ginninderry….
We ask that you respect our pet policy.

Pets are required to be supervised at all times; under no circumstances are they to be left in your room or on the property unattended.
(Unfortunately we can not offer dog-sitting services)

Whilst around the homestead, your dog MUST be on a leash (even in your presence). Your dog is free to run (supervised) off the leash in our paddocks as long as our animals (chickens are generally the favourite to chase!) are not disturbed.

If your dog is house trained, they are allowed in your bedroom. They are not allowed on your bed or any other furniture. Charges for damage or excessive cleaning will apply.

Communal guest areas are strictly not for pets.

We ask that you provide appropriate bedding and provisions for your pet.
(Including a bed, food/water bowl and a towel should your dog have wet feet)

For the comfort of our other guests please settle your dog if barking.

We ask that you pick-up deposits left on the front lawn (other lawn areas are fine) or pathways (you can move them to the garden – pooper scooper on verandah). The garden welcomes your dog’s fertilizer, so no need for pick-ups here! If you opt to place your pets surprise in a bag, this can be deposited in the industrial rubbish bag near the barn. Female dogs tend to burn patches on our luscious front lawn so avoidance, if possible, would make Wayne (our lawn engineer!) very happy.

The wellbeing of your dog whilst at Ginninderry is your responsibility; we have not had any incidents to date, however being a farm there are possible risks for pets.

Our guests just love these large queen ensuite rooms! Offering wonderful views of the meandering creek and hills where the kangaroos reside, fine furnishings, lounge and antiques which make for a worldly feel.
In addition, our spacious superior rooms offer beautiful French doors, a small dining table, top of the line linen, evaporative cooler and DVD player. Why not make for a superior stay? Treat yourself.

$195 - $295 per room per night
Cosy and comfortable yet spacious, our deluxe queen ensuite rooms offer a small lounge area, antiques, sumptuous soft furnishings and beautiful views of the manicured gardens.
Tariff also includes use of the communal formal lounge room, upstairs sitting area (with continental breakfast provisions and tea/coffee making facilities), verandah and surrounding gardens.
Room facilities include: Linen, television, electric blanket, oil heater, pedestal fan, ironing facilities, alarm clock and wireless internet (additional charge).
