The house boasts 3 elegant spacious bedrooms, master with spa ensuite , king size bed with opening doors onto your private deck, 2 superior quality bathrooms, open plan lounge/dining area features a large gas log fire place and flat screen plasma, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, mud room, laundry, powder room, viewing decks and a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ..
The house offers spectacular views of Lake Sambell, sit back and relax in your adironack chairs on the elevated deck over looking the tranquil surrounding of your own private lagoon.
Walk Lake Sambell, swim, go fishing have a massage or body treatment at "The Spa at Beechworth", indulge in many of Beechworth's fine restaurants and tourist attractions. Stroll to cafes, galleries and shops or take a short drive and explore the gourmet region and wineries of the northeast or the majestic Mt Buffalo and Alpine High Country.

The kitchen is beautifully fitted out and although we didnt do much cooking, we appreciated all the options. Love a webber to cook on too. The towels are beautiful quality as is the bed linen, not forgetting the superbly comfortable beds. I could go on but then you created this lovely house so I am preaching to the converted.
