Locality

The property is situated in Lower Beechmont on the mountain overlooking the whole of the Gold Coast and the Hinze Dam. There is a 12min drive from Nerang where you can purchase form the local shopping center, enjoy the weekend farmers markets, movie theatre, cafes, restaurants, library and public swimming pool.Only a short drive up to Binna Burra and Lamington National Park will provide you with several bush walks and hikes - local cafes along the way and craft shops. There are weekend markets once a month at Beechmont which is 10 minute drive from the house.Follow the road down the western side and enjoy all that Canungra has to offer with bush walking, horse riding, wineries and Restaurants.

Three Master sized Bedrooms with one King size bed and two Queen sized beds, Wide screen Television with Free Austar and Stereo.
Kitchen has brand new Stainless steel Gas cook top and Oven, fresh rainwater tanks, Gas Hot water and a fully stocked Kitchen with all the cutlery, crockery and cooking appliances. Bathroom comes with built in Shower, Washing Machine,laundry sink and Basin - with a rustic feel.
All Linen for Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedrooms is supplied.
BBQ on the deck with all BBQ appliances and Gas supplied. Gas heater for your convenience on those cooler nights.
Upstairs main Bedroom has an open fireplace with plenty of firewood supplied for those winter stays.
Relax in the beautiful shared pool on those warmer nights.
