Our newest guest suite The "Angel suite", comprises a bedroom (queen-size bed) bathroom and lounge with full kitchen and private courtyard. Facilities here include DVD/falt screen 80cm TV,sofa bed (which can be converted into another queen bed), dining table, aircon-heating, microwave, electric grill, tea and coffee making facilities.Angel is self contained but breakfast can be provided for $15 per head.

Lesmurdie unit is upstairs and has a kitchenette, queen sized beds for 4 people( one is a safa bed) TV/DVD, tea coffee making facilities and a private balcony.Breakfast is aprt of the tariff and a cot can be supplied on request free of charge as well as a highchair.



Also available are 2 rooms in the house, the elegant "Victoria" and the cosy "Niagara". These share a bathroom though if only one room is used Niagara can be closed off in its wing with bathroom. A comfortable and well appointed guest lounge in the house is available for guests staying in the house.
A cooked breakfast with 8 menu choices is included in the tariff. We also provide cereals, yoghurt and a fruit platter while home baked bread, freshly squeezed juices, plunger coffees and the best of teas are always available.

During the warmer months guests can have breakfast in our vine covered pergola where a gas barbeque is also available for use.Wireless internet access is available throughout the property and long term guests can have their laundry washed.

Falls Retreat is located 1 km from Lesmurdie Falls with its spectacular views of Perth and excellent bushwalking nearby. There are many boutique wineries and orchards in the picturesque Bickley Valley just 5 minutes away by car.

The Kalamunda township is 3-4 km away and boasts award winning restaurants and cosy cafes. Kalamunda has a fascinating history (visit the history village) and is the endpoint of the ancient aboriginal Bilbulmun track. And rose lovers will be enchanted with the Melville Rose nursery again only 5-10 minutes away. Mundaring Weir is also worth visiting via a pleasant drive through the hills.On the way, check out the history of the weir at Pump Station 1 built over a century ago.

Our B&B sleeps a maximum of 12 people in 4 areas. Within the house there is 1 queen sized double bed and a king sized bed which can be split into 2 king singles. The Victoria room has space for the addition of a cot(which we can provide with bedding( free of charge.The Niagara room sleeps 2 people in a queen sized double. Our self contained unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There's a queen sized double in a bedrooom as well as a pull out sofa bed sleeping up to 2 people in the lounge room. A cot or a king sized single can also be placed in the unit if required. All bedding is provided for all sleeping configurations.The only linen which guests can supply if they desire is their own beach towel for the spa and pool.
