The vibrant cafe strip on Beaufort St is within easy walking distance,( 10 minutes ) with an excellent selection of fine dining, family and affordable restaurants, cafes, winebars, boutique and traditional pubs, post office, banks, art house cinema, designer clothing stores, late night shopping and a 24 hour convenience store.

LocalityMount Lawley is a old established garden suburb of Perth.Most houses were built between 1900 and 1940.
The zoning does not allow subdivision so the suburb has remained intact. The blocks are large and many of the home are very grand.
Its location makes for easy access to the Swan River and the Freeways in and out of Perth.
Edith Cowan University and Perth College for girls are part of Mt Lawley. PropertyDurack House Bed and Breakfast has been operational for three years. During that time we have welcomed many of our guests back several times.
A continental breakfast is served in the conservatory or the garden depending on the weather.A cooked breakfast is also available for a small additional charge.
