""You don't get a second go at first impressions" and I am pleased to say that the excellent first impression did manifest into an superb B&B experience. The welcome was "spot on" and the rooms were well presented,exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as good as any. The only problem was that we ran out of hot water in the evening and there was still none in the morning. This would have been a catastrophe in Tasmania in May.
