The beautifully appointed guest rooms with their own courtyard, ensuite and television/DVD are located on the ground floor level together with the guest kitchen and lounge which flow to the tropical gardens. Your hosts, including "Noble" the cat and "Tyson" a very lovable maltese terrier, reside upstairs. This allows you to be as private or as much part of the household as you please.

For those with agendas other than holidays: all major hospitals are located closeby and the King/Twin room is disability friendly.

Enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking a relaxed garden setting or personal breakfasts can be provided outside your room in your courtyard area.

Your host Anne has been involved in hospitality for many years and guarantees you an enjoyable stay. A scrumptious breakfast is available at seven, but for those who prefer (particularly Anne), be served at eleven: giving a new meaning to B & B as "Bed and Brunch". You have the choice!

DOWNSTAIRS GUEST ROOMS: 3 spacious bedrooms 2 Queen and 1 King/Twin, all opening to private courtyards. Ensuite in all rooms. Spa bath in Honeymoon Suite.
Living areas are air conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
King /twin also becomes family room with adjoining twin bed room.

UPSTAIRS GUEST ROOM: 1 suite comprising queen bed room plus sitting room with settee which converts to single bed. Fridge, microwave, tv/dvd tea and coffee making facilities etc. Full sized bathroom. Opens to and overlooks garden and pool area.

Off-street parking available. 50 metres to bus and 15 minute easy walk to city. 10 minute walk to train station 15–20 minutes from airport. Airport service available to/from door.

Bus and train transport is close by to take you to the many destinations Brisbane has to offer: the Theatre, Treasury Casino, Arts Complex, The Gabba, our beautiful Roma Street and Southbank Parklands. Bathroom has metre wide sliding doorway and shower is wheel in wheel out. Shower and toilet chair are available and grap rails are in place. Shower is hand held. Basin is accessible with a wheel chair. Shower and basin has taps (not flick action) so would not suit hand impared guests.

Bedroom is manouverable with a chair and can fit a hoist, however guest need to provide this and mobile shower/toilet chair and blocks if required.

Light switches are lowered and full length mirrows are in place.
