Holiday unit, Self-contained apartment

With spacious open plan living including an 11 metre x 3.5 metre ocean view balcony, the unit is great for a long weekend for 2 or just to relax by the sea with the kids during the holidays.

This property, just 100 metres from the beach, directly overlooks a pristine coastal reserve with broken ocean views.

Caves Beach is a patrolled beach, great for the family, with Hams Beach just next door ideal for surfers.

The unit boasts 2 large bedrooms. One with queen-size bed, the other with two single beds. The lounge room has an innerspring double sofa-bed.

Appliances include fridge, microwave, 81cm LCD television, DVD player, mini CD stereo with iPod docking station, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, spa bath and air-conditioning.

Locality

Nearby attractions include golf course, surfing and lessons, fishing, Lake Macquarie, gym and squash courts, tennis courts, local shops and eateries, boat hire, cycleway, Caves Beach, Hams Beach and Blacksmiths Beach.
