Each of the 12 huts feature ensuite bathrooms, kitchenette, TV, continental breakfast provisions and welcoming bubbly.

In addition, the huts "Sorrento" and "Mooloolaba" contain a spa bath which over looks a private courtyard complete with BBQ and mood lighting.

Imagine youself lazing on your own private deck, surrounded by picturesque gardens, full size tennis court and quaint village hall. Then when you feel inclined strolling 50m across to award winning Blues Restaurant, where you can sample the very best of what the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.

If you feel like some exercise you can wander down to the beautiful Middleton beach where you can sink your toes into the sand,listen to the waves rolling in and watch the sun set over the distant hills of Port Elliot.

Situated amongst the seaside towns of Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and the river port of Goolwa. A 5 minute walk to local Middleton beach. Only 15 minutes drive to wineries at Currency creek and beyond to Langhorne creek wine region. An ideal location to explorer what the southern Fleurieu Peninsular has to offer.
