Just minutes from the Darwin CBD situated in the beautiful marina estate of Bayview. Close to the famous Mindil Beach marketings (held on a Thursday and Sunday from May to Oct), Skycity Casino, 9 hole golf course, Convention Centre, Fannie Bay Race Track, and Darwin city attractions.

The home is fully airconditioned and is furnished with superior inclusions and furniture. Both the main two bedrooms, equipped with queen size beds with quality linen, have access to their own private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and includes everything you need to prepare your gourmet meals. The dining area comfortably seats six or you can cook a barbecue and dine al fresco at the outdoor entertainment area. The internal laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The property includes a double car garage with automatic doors and offers a full security system. The gardens are beautifully manicured with a touch of 'Balinese' ambience. Walking paths and cycling tracks surround the area.
