Gannet Beach House is located between two beautiful white sandy beaches, Gannet Beach, which is a two minutes walk from the property and Murramarang Beach, which is a five minutes walk.

Gannet Beach House is a three storeys architect designed pristine house. The ground floor provides undercover parking for two vehicles and lock-up storage room for all your play-things, i.e. surf/body boards and bikes. The main level boasts open plan living and dining, three bedrooms (all with their own deck area), bathroom and laundry. An expansive deck adjoining the living area is set for al fresco dining.

On the top floor is a parents' retreat with its own private living room, observatory with ocean views, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, walk in robe and en-suite.

Bawley Point is three and a half hours south of Sydney’s CBD, two and a quarter hours east of Canberra’s CBD and conveniently located 20 minutes south of the fishing town of Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast.

Gannet Beach House is located between two beautiful white sand beaches, 150m from Gannet Beach and 300m from Murramarang Beach.

Bawley Point is a coastal village nestled between Meroo and Murramarang National Parks. It consists of Wallinga Lake, North Beach, Bawley Beach, Cormorant Beach, Gannet Beach, Murramarang Beach, Cat and Kitten Beach and Bull Pup Beach.

Walk from beach to beach on the easily accessible headlands that connect this coastline and be intrigued by the interesting sea grasses and sea life that live in the many rock pools and be awed by the breathtaking scenery along the way. Should you enjoy the bush, go trekking in the surrounding national parks and take pleasure in the native flora and fauna.

Bawley Point village is a two minute drive away from the property and has an IGA (with fresh meat and smallgoods), pharmacy, basic bakery, liquor store, newsagent, fishing/hardware store and a fish and chips/takeaway. There is also a café within one kilometre of the property.

Ulladulla, 26km north of Bawley Point is the closest town and has the following:
