All windows have flyscreens
It is a very clean open plan holiday house with loads of outside space.

Not suitable for children - only adults

Not a suburban setting - surrounded by rural blocks in a quiet cul-da-sac.

Kangaroos laze around the garden and daily visits from various parots make this house perfect for nature lovers who love the beach. Sorry No Pets allowed

This holiday house (like all in the Bawley Point Area) runs on Tank Rainwater - so please be aware that shower water is not unlimited. There is no Phone or Washing Machine in the cottage - this can be a good thing as who wants to wash clothes on holidays!!!

Locality

2 min drive from Local Shops & 30 min drive south of Ulludulla

The home is situated on 2 acres of Semi-cleared Bushland and is in a dead-end road - so no traffic noise & very peaceful.

The house is within 5 min drive of 6 excellent surf beaches.
