Holiday house

This lovely beachfront 3brm home comfortably sleeps 8 people. The home encompases two large verandahs front and back, great for bbq's and outdoor appreciation. It is also located about 50metres away from boat ramp and a beautiful swimming beach. There is also an area where you can fish from the rocks. The keen fisherman can expect to catch a mixed bag of snapper, king george whiting, tommies, garfish, trevally, sweep, flathead, squid and more in this particular area.

Sunsets is located on Kangaroo Island at Baudin beach. Just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw. Absolute seafront with seaviews from every room.
The beach is only a few steps away and there is a boat ramp and breakwater where you can fish from the rocks.
There is an array of native animals such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Penguins, Pelicans and of course Dolphins which you can watch from the large front deck, and of course the sunsets are superb.
There is an art and craft studio at Baudin beach and a winery nearby. There are several wineries on the Isand.
