Holiday house

This brand new house has just been finished in 2008, it has an abundance of room inside with the massive living, lounge and kitchen overlooking the the sea views to the north. It has everything to make your holiday enjoyable, from the barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, reverse cycle air conditioner and large flat screen tv with an xbox for the kids.

Locality

Baudin Beach is situated 10 km from Penneshaw. Baudin Beach has a boat ramp for the keen fisherman with plenty of king george whiting waiting to be caught. It has a secluded safe swimming beach perfect for the kids to swim in. It is situated off the main road which takes you to every tourist attraction on the island.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms (3 queens and 2 single beds), a large bathroom with bath, 2 toilets, laundry, expansive open lounge, dining and kitchen area. One of the main features of this property is the generous front deck where you can sit and watch the sunset whilst having a beer or a locally produced wine.
