Right on the dunes with a combustion fire & large spa bath, wood BBQ (wood incl). 20 mins walk to town via sand @ low tide. 2 Q beds, 4 singles, 2 bathrooms, (1 is outside) and large decks back and front. Unobstructed views of the Bay.

Holiday house


The perfect beach house for family or romantic getaways with the large spa and wood fire. Enjoy leisurely walks on the neighbouring boardwalk and beaches or just relax and enjoy the view. For dog owners, we are not fenced but have a secure back deck. They are allowed inside if housetrained (conditions apply). A leash free beach is just around the corner. Town is only a 20 min walk (via the sand at low tide) with plenty of alfresco eateries, 2 cinemas, variety of shops, or explore Mogo and it's famous zoo or forest drives. Whale watching, charter fishing trips, golf, gold fossicking, horse riding, kayaking tours etc. etc.

Amenities include Digital TV, CD,DVD,VCR, Radio and an extremely well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and many other appliances. There is also a fully equipped laundry.

Locality


Literally on the dunes with the choice of small surf or calm water around the corner. Great for windsurfers and most other watersports. Very close to town but in a quiet area away from the tourist bustle. Enjoy the boardwalk which starts in the National Park at the northern end of the beach.

Property


Perfect if you want to be close to the facilities in Batemans Bay, but want to enjoy a quiet area with the beach to yourself most of the year. Enjoy the amazing views from the lounge or roomy back deck.

A $300 security deposit is required on all bookings and we also charge a $50 cleaning fee on single night bookings.

Pet friendly


Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted.

No fences on the property but the back deck is secured but open to the weather. Animals allowed inside but please keep hair and sand to a minimum and of course off all furniture including bean bags. Please clean up after your dog. We do not provide any requirements for your dog for health reasons. A tick treatment is recommended for the eastern coast of Australia. Sorry but due to problems in the past we cannot accept cats.

2 rooms have a queen bed, the third bedroom has single bunks and a single bed with trundle under. Linen hire available - $10 unmade/$15 made-up, per person for the period of the booking. Free cot, high chair and baby bath on request.
