Walk out the sliding door across your lovely grass yard onto the access path to the beach.
Upstairs: All rooms are spacious.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, built in wardrobe, ensuite with triangular spa bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with built in wardrobe.
Main bathroom: large bath, shower, washbasin.
Separate toilet.
Large Living/dining and Kitchen open plan. Living area has leather lounges, TV and DVD player (can play CDs in this).
Dining has table and chairs for 6.
Kitchen includes full oven, full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher cutlery and crockery, saucepans etc.
Large deck: opens from living area and has sea views, gas BBQ connected to large gas bottles that don't run out and outdoor setting for 4.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: queen bed, built in wardrobe
Downstairs living area with TV and paved courtyard taking you out to the large grassed yard and on to the beach.
There is a double sofabed in the living area downstairs as well.
Kitchenette downstairs with full fridge, kettle and benchtop.
Enjoy a soak in the spa bath in your ensuite. Electric blankets on the beds. Long Beach is over a mile long so lovely long walks in the beautiful winter months are a must. Come and enjoy life on the beach no matter what the season.

PropertyLuxury on the Beach with a fully equipped Kitchen. The Master Bedroom has an Ensuite with a Spa Bath. There are oversized showers and a full bath in the other bathrooms.
The entertaining deck is the perfect setting to enjoy dinner cooked on the Gas BBQ as you enjoy the glorious view of the bay complete with the Tollgate Islands.
There are three queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a spare sofa bed in the downstairs living room.
The villa has a spacious Lounge/Dining with Open Plan Living and views across the Bay.
The separate Lounge Area downstairs leads to a paved patio then onto Long Beach.
Every bedroom is spacious and has built-in wardrobes.
