Rosedale Hideaway is a rustic yet very modern small cottage. From the deck a view of the Saltwater Creek is framed by a profusion of tall eucalypts and casuarinas. Native bird and animal life abound and the sound of the nearby surf (200m) will lull you to sleep at the end of the day. Perfect for a romantic holiday for a couple, or for a family holiday of 2 adults and up to 2 children. Relax with an evening drink on the deck and enjoy the surrounding bush before cooking your evening BBQ. Children will enjoy fishing in the creek at the bottom of the garden and the catch may be a source of bait for the fisherman.

DOG FRIENDLY-- Rosedale Hideaway is dog friendly (no cats). A 400sq m grassed area is enclosed by a 900mm fence. No more than two dogs are permitted and small dogs are allowed indoors on their own dog baskets. Water and food bowls are supplied, as are plastic bags for the disposal of droppings.
Rosedale Beach is also dog friendly. Leashed dogs are permitted at all times and unleashed dogs may be on the southern end of the beach from 5pm to 9am in summer (1 November to 30 April) and for 24 hours per day 1 May to 31 October

Locality

Rosedale is a secluded hamlet with various walking tracks through natural forests and great seascape views. Wonderful surfing at Rosedale Beach.
Local features include Mogo Zoo, Birdland, Mogo Tourist Village and Goldfield, Eurobodalla Botanic Gardens, horse riding, local Saturday markets, beach and rock fishing, diving, snorkeling, sailing, multiple boat ramps, Bowling Clubs at Tomakin, and Malua Bay, golf at Catalina, Tomakin or Moruya, whale watching at Narooma in season, seal and penguin watching at Montague Island. Learn to surf at Broulee Surf School.
It is only a short drive of 15 minutes from the comprehensive shopping centre of Batemans Bay. The nearest small group of shops are at Malua Bay 4km away.

Two bedroom small cottage/beach house. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Full kitchen facilities including microwave, electric stove and hotplates, fridge etc. Very well maintained. Internal bathroom (includes shower) with a second outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Heater and fan provided. Extra blankets, winter and summer. Gas BBQ. Fully fenced area for children to play. LINEN supplied but you will need to bring TOWELS
