"The apartment was perfect for our needs - it would be hard to find something better in terms of layout, fittings/inclusions, garaging and price. Owners were relaxed and accommodated our couple of requests (for an extra lamp, and a plastic chair). We would have preferred a less suburban feeling location but that's hard to find in the configuration we needed - 3 BRs 2 BAs for our elderly entourage including one legally blind."

"Our party of 5 (1 child of 11yrs, her parents & grandparents) was for 1 week in the January '08 school holidays. Accommodation was just what we needed - upstairs for the family of 3 and downstairs for the grandparents with mobility problems. As cleanliness is always our main concern, we were very happy with the way the "home" was presented. (Yes, "home" because we felt very much at home there.) There was plenty of space, beds very comfortable, living room and outdoor furniture just right for our needs and all situated just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Another plus was the double garage - much safer, easier and more convenient than having to park in the street. In relation to the rental, we believe we received very good value for money, especially when the proprietors are are so easily reached in the house next door. "
