Nautica on the Beach is a modern BEACH FRONT house, designed for families to enjoy the ultimate beach holiday.

Nautica is located in a very quiet cal-de-sac, and just a short stroll across the back lawn to the beach. The beach itself is extremely private and protected and is very safe for young children.

Nautica is surrounded by magnificent bushland to the front and rear and ocean at the back, with 180 degree spectacular water views.

Nautica is located at Long Beach, a small unspoilt area, 5 km north of the Batemans Bay and 3 minutes in from the Princess Highway.

Nautica has been designed to accomodate 9-11 guests (with a maximum of 8 adults).

There are 5 separate living areas inside Nautica, and outside there is a huge undercover deck area 15mt wide with barbq and fabulous views out to the ocean, not to mention a further large paved area downstairs

Nautica is equipped with all the mod cons to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing, including 3 TV’s, 3 DVD players, 1 VHS player, 1 stereo, a table tennis table, and even a Play Station 1 game for the kids. Nautica is also air conditioned, and has a fully equipped, modern kitchen.

Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided to start you off.

If you have a trailer boat this can be easily parked in front of Nautica, or in the backyard. Limited launching facilities are provided at one end of Long Beach, however numerous boat ramps are provided around Batemans Bay.

Nautica is the South Coast’s little piece of paradise. Come and see for yourself!

Whether you want to swim, boogie board, paddle in the water, go fishing, explore the rock pools, build sandcastles, play golf, bushwalk, fly kites, play table tennis or cricket,
or just laze around in an idyllic setting, Nautica has it all.

We provide boogie boards, old bikes, buckets and spades, cricket set, badminton set, a DVD/VHS library, puzzles, games, magazines, books, outdoor sun lounges, and even a picnic basket to take onto the beach.

Shopping, restaurants and tourist activities are a 7 min drive away at Batemans Bay.

We believe the rates for Nautica on the Beach are very reasonable, given the size, location and the number of guests that Nautica can accommodate, however if you don't, we are prepared to negotiate on the price!!

There are 4 very large bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and three bathrooms (one with a very large deep bath, and two separate showers). The main bedroom consists of a king size bed with ensuite and WIR. The second bedroom consists of a queen size bed, The third bedroom consists of a double bed. The fourth bedroom consists of a bunk, with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top.

We can also supply bed linen for an additional $40 for your stay (free for Xmas holiday peak periods, and always included for the king size bed). Bath and beach towels are not included.

We also supply a portable cot, high chair and stair guard for our tiniest visitors.
