Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

'Nelson', the golden retriever will greet you on arrival to our newly renovated ground floor apartment which opens up to ocean views in a manicured garden with outdoor setting. We are located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven, only minutes walk to the beach and neighbourhood shopping centre and 5 km to the CBD. This luxuriously appointed apartment comes with lounge, full kitchen, laundry facilities, separate bedroom with ensuite. Includes a large view wall-mounted TV, DVD, stereo CD player and wireless broadband. The ambience is well-suited for a romantic and relaxed getaway. We are happy to assist you with any requirements or local knowledge e.g. restaurants, walks, tourist attractions, bbq, beach chairs, fishing gear, etc. Ideal for those couples wishing to experience the serenity and warm hospitality of seaside living. Continental breakfast starter pack included. All linen provided. Beach towels available upon request.

Locality

Batemans Bay is a popular coastal town 3 1/2 hours south of Sydney and under 2 hours from Canberra. 'Eurobodalla' means 'Land of Many Waters' and Batemans Bay is your first port-of-call being at the mouth of the Clyde River providing a water playground of kyaking, fishing, surfing and many other water sports. Our national parks provide many beautiful walking and 4WD tracks.
The Eurobodalla Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit as is the Mogo Zoo in the small community of Mogo. Take a river cruise up the Clyde River to the historic town of Nelligan or go for a kayaking tour and learn all about our famous oysters.

Moptops is on the ground floor of the main residence located in the seaside township of Batehaven with only a 600 m walk to the local shopping centre where you can find all your needs - supermarket, bottle shop, newsagency, coffee shops and some eateries. Casey's Beach is a 500 m walk and the CBD is 5 km away. Experience living amongst the locals!
